Our group has successfully implemented Electronic Health Records (EHR). This web based EHR allows our patients to have access to their Personal Health Records (PHR). Our patients are able to verify their diagnosis, medication list, immunization records and get automatic e-mail reminders of their upcoming appointments. We now process all non controlled prescriptions electronically enhancing patient safety by reducing drug-drug and drug-allergy errors in prescribing.


Our offices are conveniently located throughout Herkimer and Oneida Counties for convenient and timely access for residents of Mohawk Valley.
